PSX Gamecopy and emu??!!!!!

Hi!
I have 2 questions:

1. I need a good PSX Emu that,...
- supports my Kyro² (or at least runs with)
- runs @ W2k
- can play copied PSX-Games

2. Have PSX games ANY copy-protections or can I copy them with NERO 5.5 like a normal e.g. audio-cd?
