do you guys recommend blindwrite or what

i just bought a burner yesterday, its the plextor 6/10/40a with firmware 1.02 and it seems to be working well with copying my pc games using blind read and blindwrite. i also tried backing up one of my ps1 games and it worked without errors but i dont have a modchip as of yet but i will have one in 3 days.

do you guys use this program to do your backups?

what about ps2 games, will it work on them too?

just getting into this and am reading as much info as i can find on how to do it but have yet to understand how to apply patches so that a mod chip is not needed. if anyone has any reading material on it drop me a lin please..thanks

Yes, Blindwrite is a very good program but from what ive read on the clone cd website, it seems that all the plextor burners are fully compatible with clone cd. if you are completely compatible with clone, than you will never have to worry about patches for any sort of game!

BOT is on a distinguished road
Except, of course, those PSX games protected with anti-mod chip detection.
These will require poatching and copying using CDRWin.
