Help

I recently tried to back up a my F1 2001 on PSX which is a protected game and I downloaded the relevant patch for this and used CDR WIN full version 3.8F on Windows Millennium with a Yamaha CD Writer and an Adaptec SCSI card.

The image extracted to my hard drive okay and I then applied the patch (after extracting this win zip file to a file - is that the right thing to do?) and then burnt it back to the CDR but the game will not play in a chipped playstation,

Can you assist?

Also is it true that if you try and use a crack code for CDR WIN it will only make coasters?

It is not true that all crack codes will result in only coasters. It works fine...

Ali, from the way in which you put your questions, it seems to me that you're an intelligent guy. All but one of the replies advise you not to use cracked or cheat serial numbers for your copying software.

Take that advice and buy the licences for the most important tools you need to make backups!

Hi,

CDr-Win and CLONE CD cost very little to own and they are both well worth a purchase, free downloads and support are just an added bonus to useing these great pieces of writer software.

If you using a dodgey key then de-install you version and download the latest trail version and see how u get on, they give u 21 days and by that time your know whether you wanna use CDR-Win or CLONE CD or if your greadie like me i bought both.

Dont use dodgey cracks. coaster after coaster!!!

you have a great writer, legal software for it will make it better and easier for u to use.

Cheers

Dal
