Help Please

Does anyone know which is the best NTSC to Pal convertor?? I have a Pal PS1 with a mod chip installed, but not a ntsc chip. Is there anyway I can make a boot disc that will play ntsc games on my psx without the need of installing a ntsc chip??? Something that forces the ntsc games I already have into pal??
Thanx in advance.

i to have a ps1, to convert ntsc into pal, i use(pal4u2000), or u could use(patch it), which converts a game to play on the ps1, then u dont need a boot disc..

Thanx for the info, but from what I've heard down the grapevine, is that there is an actual little proggy you can download onto a disc that you put into your ps1 first, then put in your ntsc game and it will force the game to play in pal mode. I already have a heap of games in ntsc mode and I no longer have a burner. From what I can gather, pal4u2000 is a patching tool, not a region forcing boot disc. Is there such a thing???
