Could someone please help? NBA ShootOut 2001 won't play cause I have the mod chip installed. Would someone be so kind as to help with that. Please! Pretty Please!

it has detected a mod chip in your psx you need to ask warlock,backitup,bot ck they will be able to help you

Anti mod chip protected, and, as yet no patch for this.

if its a ntsc games its protected so it must be mod chip protected you need to patch the game with ppf-o-matic & cdrwin you can get the patches from megagames.com (but there is NO patch for this game) this site will help you to see if games are protected or not http://www.cdrom-guide.com/ubb/Forum19/HTML/000903.html
