Anything that has to do with GIF can't be added. GIF in Delphi vcl can't be transparent in-case if you wanted to take the advantage of transparency, those regions will just be white.
And there are a few problems when you have NVIDIA GPU, there is a funny blur in text that remains and this never happens with Intel and AMD/ATI. The language flags I can add but, they will be different. Let me just say, above all, your requests can only be done in ASC. The curvity of buttons and anything else, not mentioned that can not be added will be added in v2.9
