Yes.....
I am so excited, the program might continue, sorry guys but it is just that, XE3 failed to start, on whatever PC I used, with or without update, same problem and that prevented me to continue with Installer Creator, XE4, XE2 didn't work although they are very similar to XE3 but I finally got rid of the Access Violation error on start up of the program, I also managed to make both of the programs work if installed together. And sorry guys especially thinkbigearnbig and thanks jamel2013 for helping me fix this problem.
