I don't recommend playing any playstation game on your computer. It is poor at best. If it runs at all. get a playstation console. put a mod chip in it for burned games. and ff9 is copyable. copy the us version you should not have to apply a patch. I didn't.

The 3D games look better coz PC can do more then psx. More light effects >> playing at 1600x1280 resolution !! #### the console

I am also trying to copy ff9 but PAL NL(holland)

if you patch and burn with crwin you should be ableto play it with ePSXe (goto www.epsxe.com)

Hi,

but dont forget the only reason your getting that type of Res on your PC is because of your graphics card and how much was your PC????, just remember the PS1 is nearly 5 years old now, so i think the 2 systems are in different leagues. As far as im concerned a PC is for working on not playing games, i have not played on 1 PC game ild like to have there all so poor... i have a DC, PS1 and PS2 for games much better!!!!
