supernova create a setup

now go to where you installed BBv2, normally its installed in

C:\Program Files (x86)\BlackBox v2 Designer

then go to script\output

there is a ini file called setup.ini

just open that and check, is your archive details are correct or not.

what is a primary and secondary folder? used for internal compression? you and razor should fuse your projects, since he has a nice grid for more than two internal folders to compress.

Icons are the pictures of shortcuts, i think shortcut is a better name for it.

the dropdown for changing the external compression method is a pain in the ass.
i have to switch "freearc" to "rar", to be able to fill in the next line with "Freearc". razor has this fiddly thing too.
i really dont know a better way to do it, but it sucks.

yeah i know that i had the same thoughts.. have to come with better solution (everyone know that i took that idea from razor)

only three redist lines are too few. i read the thread and know the installer is to small. in far future maybe you can change this.

its because of there is no space in the isntaller..thats why i allowed ony 3 redist

PS: Interface-> Title Image has a wrong resolution. program says "249x79", but it need "649x79". else it stretches the image to an ugly thing

Guys I can not run the compression by configuring the "Disk Slice Size MB" greater than 2000MB crashes the progam !!!

that is normal, since innosetup cant handle files bigger than 2gb with its own compression.

to handle larger files, you must use an external compression and bind these archives into your setup.
look page 1 till 3 for an compressor program made by razor. in blackboxv2 you switch to the "resources" page and click "add". a grid will appear, fill in your information regarding the newly created archive and then compile your setup.

I was trying out the installer but I always run into problems with CLS-srep.dll crashing?

Surprisingly this works on my Win 8.1 x64 tab but not on my main Win7 x64.

I also took a recent blackbox repack and got the same error :

guyz, are there any other language rather than english ?

and what is the benefit of the file "unarc.dll" ?

PS: i can see a file called "english.ini" in the folder "script" in the main installation path , if i translate this file to my favourite language, then we can make another .ini file with our language and then put it in the same dir, then it will work ? or we need a small customization, so we can be able to use another language for installation, rather than english ?

also, i need to know how i can put a task for opening a support forum after installation completed ?

also, i there any possibility to change the format of the credits ? (ripper - %ripper_name%% ) , maybe add a url ... etc

i get the same error, when the installer complete 50% , this crash happens !
