help with Flinstone's Bedrock Bowling

Im trying to backup this ntsc game and am having no luck. I have successfully copied several non-protected and protected games already, but am having trouble here. The game simply never loads. I am using TDK cdr and a TDK 16-10-40x. I used the newest CDRWin but it stopped at 98% read with 68 errors. It didn't get any farther. I tried using CloneCD but the copy didn't play. please help.

The game is damaged, Try copying from a different original. Anytime you get read errors using cdrwin on PSX games the game is either dirty or damaged
