Split a directory from bat file

As the title implies how can I share a directory from bat file.
I try to be more specific as possible:
With the bat file I just want to change the directory where you installed the game, and be able to compress files to 4gb or 8gb file finale.bin, without going to write manually the folders or files in data1.lst and so on ...
eg:
Setup-1.bin (4GB or 8GB)
Setup 2.bin (4GB or 8GB)
....
my choice is this possible?

If you can post how please?
Thank you ...

Why you wouldn't go with the Data.lst's? In my opinion its more comfortable. Or i missunderstanding you?

And archive splitting isnt possible with this method as far as i know.
