Please, test this version. I compile the exe with latest version of Inno (5.5.4).

I always update my inno setup, I was using v5.5.4

Disk full? You need lot of space to temp files and Data.cabs to make the conversion. Make sure if you have.

Yes, delete Autorun.exe and replace Setup.exe and Autorun.inf.

Anyway, i re-organize the filelist to gain more space in DVD2. So make the conversion again if you wish.
