I had the version with the language in this way, "rld_spanish, rld_italian, etc". I did the following to Spanish language.

-Move "Language selector" in Patch folder in CODG_7.
-Let alone the folder "rld_spanish" and delete the others.
-Modify "only the file Data7.lst". Add at the end of the line this: rld_spanish\*
-Modify "MP.lst" like this:

rld_spanish\spa_mp_character_room.ff
rld_spanish\spa_mp_character_room_bodies.ff
rld_spanish\spa_mp_character_room_dlc.ff
rld_spanish\spa_mp_character_room_heads.ff

rld_spanish\spa_mp_descent.ff
rld_spanish\spa_mp_fahrenheit.ff
rld_spanish\spa_mp_flooded.ff

These language names are incorrect. The legit version has the following folder names:

english
french
german
italian
spanish
japanese
polish
russian

But if work for you. Good!
