Help - Applying patches

Help - I have both Nero5.x and CDRWin4.0 but (and it's a big but) my CDRW is not currently supported by CDRWin. Is it possible to write an image with CDRWin, apply a patch with PPF, and then burn the image back with Nero. If not, is there any other patching program except PPF.

In my opinion, for serious success you should be compatible with CDR-WIN at least. That's a must. I moved from Nero to CDR-WIN precisely in order to be able to store & patch the bin before burning it back. So you should get a compatible CD writer.

If you are having trouble burning with CDRwin then try FIREBURNER instead.
I have this problem i can create image files with CDRwin but when i comes to burning to CD it doesn't work so i use FIREBURNER and they work fine.

If you want to know how to use FIREBURNER goto my site.

As far as I know there is no way to patch a Nero file. In order to patch the file it must be sperated into individual files for the patching software to find the one it wants to replace, Nero doesn't sperate it's image so you'll have to use CDrwin of try Fireburner as suggested.

Many thanks - if this works it's just what I need. Going to try it now.
