Well No we can't, your burnt gameshark lite can only be used if you have a mod-chip. Gameshark's come with a sector on the disk that is un-copiable just like Playstation games, you can make copies but if you don't have a mod-chip to skip the missing sector it won't work!!

W_icky, I'm surprised that you want to insult people who try to help you based on the scant information you've given. You haven't described any further details of what actually happens. You said in your headline that you burnt the Gameshark Lite but in the text that you got it off a friend.

So it's not surprising that respondents conclude that the disk didn't work in the first place on your friend's machine; or that it has become damaged since it was last played on your friend's machine; or, that there may be a laser calibration issue between the two machines (I think this unlikely but possible).

I only insight I can think to give is to ask if your mod-chip is installed properly? One of the indicators of a wire not quite in the right place is that a gameshark won't work on your system. Just throwing out a thought, as I'm at a loss as to why it works for his and not for yours.
