read first post again.

1. Install the game

So it doesnt matter what version you've installed from as the conversion uses installed game files ( not dvd9 files )

I have made a coversion but I don't know why when I launch the installation the Autorun menu doesn't appear it goes directly to setup menu(Installation)???

go to sutup.ini and see the size of the autorun and re size it

What's wrong here?:
//The part AutorunSettings is only required, if you enabled EnableAutorunMenu=1

you also need to compile the other iss file to get the autorun.exe, and include that in your iso too. The the autorun should appear.

What the heck ..."couldnt find setup files' ... i get this message when i try to launch the instal from the fist dvd ... any ideas ?
