Weird Problem!!

I have a problem accessing the adf . ly website, whenever i try to go to download trainers, it just doesnt load, it doesn't show any error just doesn't load and even reloading doesn't help, anyone else having this problem, m not able to download trainers altogether, i've tried with 4 different browsers(chrome, firefox, IE and safari). When i tried to access in safari after installing it, it started to work(the 1st time), then when i tried again it stopped and now its not working at all. If anyone can give a fix it will be much appreciated, thanks in advance

Try another PC; reset the browser cache; make sure "referring" is enabled; try an open proxy.

M sorry but i don't understand any of the fixes that you have given, m not at all tech savvy, could you plz tell me in detail what to do, thanks a lot for this
