Use CloneCD with these settings :

When reading use the following options:

ON : Read SubChannel Data from Data Tracks
ON : Read SubChannel Data from Audio Tracks
OFF : Fast Error Skip
OFF : Don't report read errors
OFF : Intelligent Bad Sector Scanner

When writing use the following options:

ON : Don't Repair SubChannel Data
OFF : Simulate Writing(doesn't work with all CD Writers)
OFF : Perform Laser Power Calibration
OFF : Wait until Buffers are full
ON : Always close last Session

These settings will copy the protection so no patches are required.

If your CD Writer is not compatable with these settings the you will
need CDRWin and a PATCH (Try www.megagames.com )
