Select 'Battle.net' folder and click 'Add' from the menu of FreeArc, name it Data5.cab, compress with high compression. Repeat the same process for 'Blizzard Enternainment' folder, only name it Data6.cab.

i cant find the folder 'Battle.net' in program data file should i go some were else or there is problem in my game ( i found it inside Blizzard Enternainment is it the right one ??? )

It's a hidden folder so you will need to turn on show hidden folders.

If that's not your problem you will need to clarify.

The right one too, the Battle net Folder sould be right above this Folder!

Read the instructions again, data 5 and 6 are battle.net and blizzard folder which you're supposed to freearc.

Edit: I have SEA version. Does it work only en-us?

That problem is related to the game, not to the conversion/installer...

That's normal, because you didnt use spanish files. conversion is for en-us not spanish.

I need spanish file list to make it compatible.
