Crash Bandicoot 2

Is there a protection fix for Crash Bandicoot 2? I tried to copy the game, and it does like CB3 did and when you enter the 3rd level, it hangs on the black screen like it's loading info, but the disk stops spinning and the screen remains black. All other levels seem to work fine. I am burning with a Smart and Friendly CD-Racer and CDRW (Full Registered) and Nero Burning Rom (Full Registered). Thanks for your input.
