Tomb Raider 2013 Trainer Translation

I have downloaded a trainer by grom-skynet from gamecopyworld but its in russian and i don't know russian, can someone plz translate the trainer's options for me, it will be really helpful.

Activate trainer in the game with Delete

1-Maximum health: numpad-1
2-Unlimited ammo: numpad-2
3-No reload (unlimited ammo): numpad-3

I know, its very annoying, they should all do like "dr.olle", his trainers come with english translated options. Anyway thanks a lot for the translation.

Any idea what option #5 actually does? Repair, campfire, what?!

No idea, my game was crashing so i couldn't use the trainer, i had to update the game to v1.0.718.4 and only fling has made the trainer for that version so i'm using that only.
