How long did it take you to install your FIRST Neo2?

Finished installing a Neo2 chip into my PSX2

Took MUCH long than I thought it would?
I chould put one in the old Playstations in 30 minutes or less. But not this sucker.

Breakdown:
-Took almost an hour this disassemble to the circuit board needed...
-Took almost another hour to solder in all
eight wires (that damn wire #7 was the hardest!)
Not much room at all,
- then took about 30 minutes to put it all back together.

Works first time... I did also install the capacitor
to wire two.. I didn't feel like having to install tomorrow if my drive was clicking..

I would think the 2nd time I could do it in 1/2 the time or fast...

Hopefully I won't need to again though..

OTHER people stories?
How about that wire #7???
