I have done at step 3 and saved it but I don't know what should I do next ?

you need to dlownload base file ( part 1 & 2 ) + Installerscript.rar. Extract all to same folder, Installerscript rar goes into conversion subfolder.

download & install Unicode version of inno, then compile the script.
