Boot CD problems please help.
I have burned about four different boot cd's and for every one, when I insert the CD i get the message "Please insert PlayStation CD-ROM." Can someone please help?

I take it you have the playstion chiped as even a boot is a backup disk , boot cd only work with mods if they are originals

I feel that some of my posts on this board have been angry ones, nd sorry bout that but on more 'advanced' baords this is all newbie crap and threads get closed when one asks this and people say refer to the faq or what not.
But anyway if you think about it, how could a boot disc you downloaded work? its just not possible, the psx looks for the bootup code that can not be burned, so you NEED a chip, or a version 100XX psx to swap discs with which i do not recomend
