Here works perfectly. I'm playing now from the conversion.
It has no reason not to run, so you follow all the steps? The game run before the conversion?

Inside "faltante.7z":

1) autorun.exe copy inside "conversion" folder before compile

or (in case already made the conversion)

2) setup.dll copy inside "HMA_1" folder after compile

Thanks bro, but just compile LangScript.iss to make Autorun.exe
Done that, the autorun.exe will get the game icon.

you need to install steam so game work for you that problem got nothing to do with the conversion you can find it here

once installed there is no need to update or login in it just install it

you dont even have to do that just use reg entry to 'fake' that steam is installed.

You are missing the autorun.exe or setup.dll. compile the LangScript.iss and try again!
