Best CDR's to use for burning PSX games?

What do you guys recomend for the best performance from a CDR.. I found some black ones that are like $3 a piece. Good?

Hi

Even though the original playstation games use black bottomed disk the it is just to distigustish between a copy and an orginal easyly.
I would personally recomend the tdk or sony disk as i have never had a issue with these, you can of course use and type but you need to see if the laser in you playstation will read the disk if the are cheap and also cheap disk tend not to have any protection from you scratching the reflective layer off and making then useless

Hope this helps

the darker the cdr the better. it may sound stupid but its true. my friend had a backup of his game and it wouldnt work, it was a very light colour. so i copied it onto a dark blue verbatim and it worked perfectly! i use verbatim 1x-16x speed 650 mb cdrs. the only cost $15 and they come with jewel case also!!! they are heaps good!!!

Well I have used both IMATION 700MB/80MIN and EMTEC/BASF 74MIN/650MB and they both work well. I got the 10 pack of IMATION in HARVEY NORMAN for $10 and the IMATION in K-mart for $12.95
I have no complaints about either...

I have used nearly all the cdrs out there to test them at one stage or another.. The unbranded spindle ones are absolutly bollocks.. never touch them. CHEAP & NASTY

Best is TDK 16x for a good quality burn
