What is Napalm patch?

There's a website i usually visit which i reccommend to you all, it tells you the compatability of PSX PS2 games. And also tells you how to burn them, and which programs to use. I keep seeing some games that were patched with a Napalm patch. Can anybody tell me where i can find them? The site i goto is
