MotoGP, unsuccessful??

Has anyone made a successful backup of the PAL version of MotoGP?? When I try to create an image using CDRWIN it gets to about 50% and then counts up error after error before jumping back to the "Extract Disc/Tracks/Sectors to Image File" dialog?? Help!!

The most probable cause of this is a damaged original or possibly a banned CDRWin cd key.

Damaged original cd.
Bad keys for CDRWin only affect the burn.

The CD's not physically damaged in any way, it plays fine on my PS2. As for the banned CDRWIN key I haven't had and problems copying any of my other PS2 games??

Just because the original plays fine doesn't mean it isn't damaged. A tiny scratch or nick can throw off the read. Try copying from a different disc...Hope you get it sorted.
