with the size was 5.62 GB, ie, it is impossible to record on a DVD 4.7!!!

follow the steps properly, and you end up with 1xdvd5 ~ 4.3GB

Is there anyway to compress the files further,So that we don't have to use the downsampled videos ?

its 2xdvd5 not 1xdvd5 tho... there is no way to further compress & get it all on a dvd5
only other choice is 2xdvd5

actually I tried making it to 1DVD5 without compression and i succeeded but i cut it very close, it was exactly 4483MB in size (DVD5) and i needed extra 10 to 14MB to add trainers

can someone please reupload the files (or just the ACR_1xDVD5.7z.008 & ACR_1xDVD5.sfv) as we cannot d/l from fileserve now?... tia

1) Install the game from previous conversion files and then update to v1.02

2) Extract 'ACR_1xDVD5_v1.02.7z' contents

3) Copy DVD5's contents to 'ACR_1xDVD5\ACR' folder

4) Copy from game's installation folder to 'ACR_1xDVD5\ACR' folder the following files:

ACRMP.exe
ACRPR.exe
ACRSP.exe
version.bin
yourReadMe.txt (it is located in 'Support\ReadMe' folder)

5) Launch 'repack.bat', select your language & wait...

6) Burn or mount iso in 'ACR_1xDVD5' folder

The step 3 changes as follows:

3) Copy DVD5's contents, except ACR_arc.exe file, to 'ACR_1xDVD5\ACR' folder

OR

modify repack.bat as follows (row 84):

arc create -sfxfreearc.sfx -mx -ld800mb -ep1 -w.\ -r -sfxfreearc.sfx [email protected] -x"%choice2%\Videos\*" -x"%choice2%\Support\*" -x"%choice2%\Resources\*" -x"%choice2%\PB\*" -x"%choice2%\LauncherConfig\*" -x"%choice2%\Multi\*.map" -x"%choice2%\Multi\*.cfg" .\ACR\ACR_arc "%choice2%\*.*"

it fixes the 'hang' issue but the game is unplayable when you install it... gonna try the other solution or just stick to 1.01 conversion
