no offense, but have you try your conversion?
because in your script, you wrote on the registry section "Bohemia Interactive" it should be "Bohemia Interactive Studio"

I test the conversions to make sure they install / uninstall without any error messages coming up. AND as for changing the compression its up to you, you want to change it to none then go ahead.
