Neo 3!! My god!

I have been offline for a but, and I just got back and there's an Add on playstationmods.com which says the neo3 is out in May!! That's this month!
I was wondering, does anyone know if it has any drawbacks? Do you still need an Action Replay to use it? Are there any discs it won't play? Any guess to the price of it? Any boot discs needed or anything like that? Can anyone give me n e extra info??
