can anybody help with patching fear effect 2(uk)?

i have tryed several times to back up fear effect 2: retro helix uk version, but they r all coffe matts. i have found a patch for the us version but not the uk version. is their a uk patch out?

if there is, please tell me where to find it.

I copied it with cdrwin 3.7 without patch and its working
