Install Sequence: DVD1-DVD2

1) Extract 'Bulletstorm_2xDVD5.7z' contents

2) Copy DVD9 contents to 'Bulletstorm_2xDVD5\BS_1' folder (don't overwrite the contents)

3) Move from 'Bulletstorm_2xDVD5\BS_1' folder to 'Bulletstorm_2xDVD5\BS_2' folder the following files/folders:

Media3.cab file
Media4.cab file
PhysX folder
Live folder
DirectX folder
vcredist folder

4) Burn or make isos with label names as temp folders

Note: Game for Windows - LIVE, DirectX... are installed automatically
