TV Giant Help!

ive got tv giant, and it just isnt working!

it says i have to be administrator for the first time.
i right click, select run as administrator, and it says: do you want to allow the following program from an unkown publisher to make changes to this computer.

when i click on yes, either nothing happens, or it goes to the start screen and i click on play game (nothing happens then either)

can someone help me please!
