i am trying to install a modchip into my ps2, but now it won't read any disc? i tried even taking the modchip out again, but now i still can't read any disc i put in? PLEASE help what has happened?

I've had the same problem. Do you have a version 30004 PAL ps2 ? I found a solution. ##### www.kanection.co.uk
If you're living in the UK or near it you can send your ps2 over to they and they will fix the problems you're having and install your mod for 30 pounds !
