Sounds like you have unlocked CDRWin with a blacklisted REG key!
This will have the exact symptoms you are describing! it reads fine but writes a whole load of crap to the cdr. If the reg key is good and you paid GoldenHawk for it, then its probably your writer. Does it support DAO? If not then this could cause the same trouble! NO..... you dont have to use DOS! Why are u using 80 min cdr's?... there is not a single PSX game that requires an 80 min cdr...
