Japan Protected Games

I just found out that Spyro the Dragon is on the list of Protected Japan games. Im wondering how to back the game up using CDRWIN? Can someone help me with this problem?

www.megagames.com, get the patch from there and read the tutorial on how to patch the game using CDRWIN - its all under the playstation section.
