GCW is just a place where the no-CD's are submitted by various people. There were a few people that were doing cracks a long time ago (like the 90's and early 2000's), but they retired manye years ago (real life caught up with them).
If you are lucky, maybe one of those pesky russians will make a crack, otherwise you will have to use the original CD. The game is old, and the DOX release scene it's not what it used to be anymore. Alternatively, you can try and make a mini-image, as there are some tutorials on the forums.
