Errr.... SwapMagic?
Its basically the same thing, cover the 3 sensors, use the SwapMagic disc, take it out insert your backup (not warez copy) and play. Swap Magic is NOT a mod chip in any way , and does not modify the hardware only covers the sensors (for some mad reason you said it is). Has been out for years. There is also the Memor32, which is a Memory Card with a modchip on it. Hard to get now I believe.
