hitman blood money does not start

i tried every possible thing i unistalled and reinstalled the game 3 times and still the same probllem i also installed the latest version of directx please help me if any one knows how to fix this problem

I think the game's error message was clear enough to understand...
Either way, get the file from the link at the bottom and put it into your Hitman folder or your C:\Windows\system32 dir...
Should work fine now ?

Every time i try to boot it up the red bar goes but it closes.

am i missing anything to run the game? it took a long time to do

well, install it from the original cd/dvd, that will probably solve it
also, posting your machine specs can help too
