Plextor Question

I got this e-mail from a person with the same Plextor 12/4/32 and he cannot seem to copy PSX games with it. Any suggestion for him.

get him to go to the plextor web site and look at technologies section to see what version of s/w he needs as he may be using an older version that does not support the plextor unit. He will need to download the newer verson perhaps.
EG for the 12/4/32 he needs 3.8c CDRWIN####://www.plextor.be/English/technical/recsoft_full.asp?sort_by=Manufacturer

i use a 8/4/32 ide ido not notknow if the 12/4/32
will work with the same sofweare you can only
but try i use the softweare that came with it
win on cd 3.7 try this
