HELP!!!!

Im trying to back up Vigilante 8 2nd offense and im using CDRWIN. Ive made a .bin and .cue files and i have applied the patch,but i wasnt able to use PPF-Matic. Do i now record the image to a cd? If so,i have done this a few times and when i put the cd in the console,it just plays the audio tracks. I also have a mod chip in the console. Can someone give me some help please?
