yesterday I wanted to play one of my old PSX games (Smackdown 2 Know Your Role!) and when i went into the match, about 1-2 minutes into it, the game went to like slow mo as if it was lagging, sometimes the lagg goes off but comes back again so you really cant play it.
I looked at the back, it had heaps of scratches...So what can I do to fix this up and plz dont say take it to the store and get it fixed like that...i wana know home options...pleaze help

Try these: http://www.wikihow.com/Fix-a-Scratched-CD . Also, create a backup of it while you still can and play the backup.

Joe Forster/STA posts a very good guide. Because I buy most of my games second hand I tend to get a lot of scratched discs. Because I am a tight git I always see if I can repair things myself. I have used silicone wax floor polish on scratched CD/DVDs and rubbed it in with Jay cloth until there was no excess visible. Then I leave the discs for the night and the next day they play almost flawlessly. No method works 100% for all discs. It really depends on how bad the scratches are
