win32/heur = the heur comes from heuristics.. ie: an educated guess

i would recommend using house call from trend micro (free online anti virus scanner, it might take a while but it does the job) -> http://housecall.trendmicro.com/uk/

or any other free online anti virus program (just google for "free online virus scanner"),
one of them should at least detect the problem and hopefully remove it for you..
