Saerch ####://www.ps2ownz.com or ####://www.megagames.com for a PAL to NTSC patch for your game. Download it. Use PPF-O-MATIC to patch a BIN image of the game; burn the game back to CD-R using CDRWin. Modchip in the PS2.
