Language Translation Patches...Do They Exist For Psx?

Not even sure if these exist but I thought Id ask you lot first before
giving up hope. I bough Biohazard 3 whilst abroad, and obviously its in
Japanese. I was wondering if such a patch existed so I could make a new copy
of it (since I own the original) so I can play the game in English? I only
bought it because it was cheap!

Maybe if you can find the right tools to completely dissassemble the game then all you need to do is replace all the Jap text with English and recompile it.
Either that or learn Japanese.
