YOU NEED TO USE A PROGRAM CALLED -PAL4U-
THIS WILL MAKE YOUR DISK THINK ITS PAL
PS2 DISKS DONT HAVE THIS PROBLEM
ITS ONLY A SMALL FILE AND SO SIMPLE TO USE
