Rolling - Please help

I copied the game (details below) and the game plays past the "modified console" message, but the game screen "rolls" rapidly and I can't blink my eyes fast enough to play.

This how I did (or didn't do) it.
I used cdrwin to copy game to my HD. Downloaded the patch. Used pff-O-matic to patch. Then copied to disc.

Could my Memorex CDRs cause this "rolling"?

Thanks for your responses, my kids appreciate it.

3. no its not the cds as a use those.
It maybe something else but its worth a try hope it helps.

if this game is the ntsc version of cool boarders 2001, and you used the patch from this site, you should have no problem, does, the selector screen come up asking you to choose ntsc or pal? just hit the x button on the controller and you should be snowboardin along... I also used cdrwin and patch o matic and mine works fine.
