Having a patch problem

I know how to extraact the games to .cue and .bin. But I don't understand how to patch games. I do have ppf and pal4u patchers. But can't work it out. Please help!

Please explain how to work the patchers in detail please. The instructions on the gamecopy world site are very dry and none descriptive.

you can only use a patch when using cdrwin if you e-mail me i will tell you how to do this also any help on which cdr drive you are using
