what manage to do Sega Rally 2 with CDDA?

it is written:

We've ripped the audio tracks... originally was 437 Mb of audio, so
we've downsampled the audio to 22100 khz, Mono, 16 bit. The audio size
now is 118 Mb

Nothing other was ripped!

I guess so. But does it really work ?
Be cause I have Sega Rally 2 beta with cdda and it doesn`t work - cdda don`t play !

Does not work and is just plain stupid, and also don't discuss warez in the first place.
